I entered a DEST but see a different airport info, how does that work?

It depends where you click: If you have ENR airports selected (man. or automatic) and you click within an ENR airport range, the ENR airport info opens.
If you click directly on an airport symbol, the airport info opens.
To declutter, you can easily show/hide layers like range circles.
